The Regulatory is another division within the Authority. This division is managed by the Manager for Regulatory Division.

Functions of the Regulatory Division

*Provide legal advise on all matters related to Telecommunications and ICT;
*Drafting and review of Authority’s agreements, contracts and Licenses;
*Issuing of licenses;
*Review and Drafting of the Telecommunications Act and Regulations;
*Enforcement of licensing regime in line with the requirements of the Telecommunications Act and Regulations and the terms and conditions of the licenses;
*Review the Licensing regime;
*Review the Authority’s Conditions of Service.
